IntlCOM (hereinafter referred to as "the EX") attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and personal information. In the process of your use of the services or products provided by the EX (including official websites, PC, Android, IOS and other applications), the EX may collect and use your relevant information. the EX hopes to explain to you how the EX collects, uses and protects this information through the Privacy Policy ("this Policy").

the EX hopes that you will read the contents of this Policy in full and carefully before using the services or products of the EX. When you use or continue to use the services or products of the EX after the EX has revised this Policy, it means that you have carefully read and fully understood this Policy and agree that the EX will collect, use and protect the relevant information of you and your affiliates in accordance with the contents of this Policy.

This policy applies to all services or products provided by the EX, including your visit or login to the official website and/or related applications of the EX.

ll.交易所可以收集哪些信息
1. 您向本所提交的信息
(1) When you register as a formal trading user and complete the consignee information, you need to submit your email address, your name, your phone number, and your delivery address information;

(2) When you deposit/withdraw money through the application transaction payment, you need to submit your blockchain address information and the amount of your transfer payment;

(3) When you trade goods through the application, you need to submit your trading user account information;

(5) With your prior consent, in order to further improve and promote the services or products of the Exchange, the Exchange may require you to submit other information about you or your affiliates.
(5)在您事先同意的情况下，为进一步改善、推广交易所的服务或产品，交易所可能会要求您提交您或您的关联方的其他信息。
2. When you use our services or products (including visiting our website and using our applications), we may obtain your information:

lll.我们如何存储和使用收集到的信息
We will strictly follow British laws and international treaties and use your information in accordance with our agreement. Your information will be used for the following purposes:

lV.我们如何保护您的信息

2. Please properly set up and keep your trading user account and password. Once you find that your account and password have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures; however, during this period, we will not be able to guarantee the security of your information, and your information may be leaked.
2.请您妥善设置并保管您的交易用户账号及密码，一旦发现您的账号及密码泄露，请您立即联系我们，以便我们采取相应措施；但在此期间我们将无法保证您的信息安全，您的信息有泄露的可能。
3. After the unfortunate occurrence of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, and your suggestions for self-prevention and risk reduction. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by means of in-site messages, emails, etc. When it is difficult to inform the subject of personal information one by one, we will take reasonable and effective ways to issue announcements.
3.个人信息安全事件不幸发生后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议。我们将及时以站内消息、邮件等方式向您告知事件相关情况，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。
4. Please note that when you visit such third-party websites or use such third-party services or products (for example, through third-party websites and website links, third-party trading user applications, trading plug-in software, trading user client plug-in tools, etc.), if you submit information to the third party, your information will be subject to the information protection policy implemented by the third party at that time. In this case, the EX cannot assume legal responsibility for the information you submit to the third party.
4.请您注意，当您访问该类第三方网站或使用该类第三方服务或产品时（例如通过第三方网站及网站链接、第三方交易用户应用程序、交易插件软件、交易用户客户端插件工具等），如果您向该第三方提交信息，则您的信息将受到该第三方当时实施的信息保护条款的约束，在此情况下，本所不能对您向第三方提交的信息承担法律责任。
V.公司如何共享、转让和公开披露您的信息
1. For the purposes stated in Article 3 of this policy, you agree that the EX will share your information with the EX's affiliates or third parties with whom the EX has a cooperative relationship. In this case, the EX will only share it within the necessary scope and will sign a strict confidentiality agreement with them, requiring them to handle your information in accordance with the EX's instructions, this policy, and relevant laws and regulations.

2. the EX will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:

(1) Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, the EX will transfer your personal information to other parties;

3. the EX will only disclose your information publicly in the following circumstances:

According to the relevant laws and regulations, if the Exchange takes technical measures or other necessary measures to process your information so that the recipient of the information cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, the sharing, transfer and disclosure of such processed information does not need to be notified to you and obtain your consent.
4、根据相关法律法规的规定，如果交易所采取技术措施或其他必要措施处理您的信息，使得信息接收者无法重新识别特定个人且无法复原的，该等处理后信息的共享、转让和披露无需向您告知并征得您的同意。
Vl.您的权利
1.在使用交易所服务或产品时，您可以随时登录您的交易用户账户查看相关信息或者修改/删除相关个人信息。交易所将采用合理、适当的技术手段保证您可以访问、修改和删除您的信息。在您查看、修改和删除相关信息时，交易所可能会要求您进行身份认证，以保证您的信息安全。
2. You may request the Exchange to delete the trading user account information in the following circumstances:
2.您可以在以下情形中向交易所请求删除交易用户账户信息：
(1) If the collection, use or processing of your information by the Exchange violates the provisions of laws and regulations;
(1)交易所对您信息的收集、使用或处理违反法律法规的规定；
(2) If the collection, use or processing of your information by the Exchange violates the agreement with you;
(2)交易所对您信息的收集、使用或处理违反与您的约定；
(3) If you log out of your trading user account and no longer use any of the services or products of the Exchange.
(3)您退出交易用户账户，不再使用交易所的任何服务或产品。
3. When you delete or request us to delete your information, we will respond within a reasonable period and take measures to delete or anonymize or de-identify the relevant personal information.
3.当您删除或者请求我们删除您的信息时，我们将在合理的期限内作出回应，并采取措施删除或者匿名化或去标识化相关个人信息。

In order to provide you with better services or products and to accompany the development of our firm, we may revise the content of this policy from time to time and provide a reminder in a prominent position on our official website. If you continue to use our services or products, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
